Six days immersed in ancient Mayan rituals and healing.
Mayan Ruins
Walk the ancient sacred grounds of the Maya. Feel the earth beneath your feet and the weight of centuries of feminine wisdom rising to meet you.
Cacao Ceremony
Guided breathwork held in the lush open air of the jungle. A powerful practice for releasing stored emotion and awakening the body's innate wisdom.
Temazcal Ritual
Immerse in the healing frequencies of sacred instruments. Your nervous system will soften, your body will release, and your spirit will remember its own rhythm.
Sound Bath
A sacred Mayan sweat lodge ritual guided by a local shaman. Enter as one woman. Leave as another. This is deep cellular purification and rebirth.
Jungle Breathwork
Led by Alicia, this heart opening ritual uses ceremonial cacao to soften your defenses, open your heart, and set the tone for your entire journey.
Restorative Yoga
Gentle, nourishing movement woven throughout the week to help your body integrate, soften, and come home to itself.
All Meals Onsite
Breakfast, light lunches, and candlelit dinners prepared and shared together at the villa. Nourishment is part of the medicine here.
Private Jungle Villa
A shared room in a lush private house in La Veleta, Tulum complete with a jungle jacuzzi, daily housekeeping, and the kind of quiet that lets you truly exhale.
Please note that flights, airport transfers, travel insurance, any meals offsite and personal spending are not included in your investment. You may fly directly into Tulum International Airport (TQO), which is the closest and most convenient option, or into Cancún International Airport (CUN), approximately 90 minutes away. We recommend booking a private shuttle in advance for either arrival. We also strongly encourage all attendees to purchase travel insurance prior to the retreat to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances

Alicia is the founder of Frequency of Her™, a sacred space where women leaders, founders, and visionaries come to remember who they were before the world told them to be smaller.
A speaker, temple keeper, and somatic guide, Alicia weaves nervous system alchemy, ceremony, and the deep remembrance of feminine psychology into transformational experiences that go far beyond what words can hold.

What is the investment and how does payment work?
The full investment for Wild Woman of the Jungle is $1,800 per person. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance of $1,300 is split into three equal payments of $433.33. All payments must be completed no later than 30 days prior to the retreat by August 16, 2026.
What are the accommodations like?
You will be staying at Bougain Villa, a lush private house nestled in La Veleta, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Tulum. The villa features shared rooms with multiple beds, a jungle jacuzzi, rooftop space, and daily housekeeping. It is intimate, beautiful, and designed for deep rest.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your $500 deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel after making additional payments, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded minus any non-refundable costs that have already been committed on your behalf, such as vendor or accommodation deposits. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
What is the weather like in September?]?
September is the heart of Tulum's rainy season, which means the jungle is at its most lush, alive, and breathtaking. You can expect warm temperatures in the mid to upper 80s, afternoon showers that cool things down beautifully, and a level of intimacy and quiet that the high season simply cannot offer. We embrace the rain as part of the medicine. That said, we recommend keeping an eye on weather forecasts closer to the date and purchasing travel insurance in case of any tropical activity..

What is included in my investment?
Your investment covers five nights of accommodation at the villa, all meals onsite including breakfast, light lunches and dinners, a cacao ceremony, Temazcal ceremony, sound bath, jungle breathwork, restorative yoga, a private onsite massage, and the Mayan ruins excursion. Essentially everything except getting yourself there.
What is not included in my investment?
Flights, airport transfers, travel insurance, any meals offsite and personal spending are not included. Any additional excursions or personal spa services outside of the retreat program are also at your own expense.
Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for women who are ready to stop performing and start feeling. Whether you are a leader, founder, executive, or simply a woman who has been carrying too much for too long. Do I need any prior experience with breathwork, yoga, or ceremony?
Not at all. All of our experiences are accessible to every woman regardless of background or experience level. The only requirement is an open heart and a genuine willingness to show up for yourself.
How many women will be at the retreat?
This retreat is intentionally limited to 5 women. This is not a large group event. The intimacy is part of the medicine — every woman receives real attention, real care, and real transformation.
Will I have any time to myself?
Absolutely. Each day includes unstructured free time for you to rest, explore, journal, swim, or simply be. We believe rest is sacred and it is built into the rhythm of every single day.
What should I pack?
Light, breathable clothing for warm and humid weather, comfortable clothes for movement and ceremony, a journal, swimwear, insect repellent, sunscreen, any personal medications, and an open heart. A detailed packing list will be sent to you upon registration.
I have dietary restrictions. Will there be options for me?
Yes. Please let us know your dietary needs when you register and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. All meals are prepared with care and nourishment in mind.
What if I have never done anything like this before?
Then this might be exactly what you need. Many of the women who come to Frequency of Her retreats are coming to something like this for the very first time. You do not need to know what you are doing. You just need to be willing to show up.
